The Digital Diary is a free service for you to store appointments in an online electronic calendar. By using the Digital Diary you agree not to use if for any illegal purpose and agree that adigitallife.co.uk cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages that may arise from the use of this diary for illegal purposes.
You shall indemnify, defend by counsel reasonably accepted by adigitallife.co.uk, protect and hold adigitallife.co.uk free from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages, expenses, including consultants and legal fees and court costs, demands, causes of action, or judgments, directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to the misuse of content you provide, the use of our services or the violation of another's rights.

3. Limitation of liability

You understand and agree that adigitallife.co.uk cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages to, theft or loss of the content you store in the Digital Diary. Furthermore, you will indemnify adigitallife.co.uk from product defects, accident, misuse, acts of God or other circumstances where any data loss may occur.

The agreement between us is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, English law and both of us submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
